This page is for those wishing to submit their church's story online. If you would rather send your videos and forms to us by post, please visit the postal submission page.

 

To send us your story online:

 

1. Fill in your details on the form below then click 'Submit'. For more information about how to fill in the form, please read our 'Sharing Your Story Guide'.

2. Click to open the File Upload page. This will open a new tab or window. Follow the instructions on that screen to upload your files, making sure that you put your church name in the message box. Once your files have successfully uploaded, you can close that tab or window and return to this screen.
